During the cold weather I had a couple of instances with a yellow triangle warning light momentarily popping up and disappearing. Since then Ive been able to light up the tyres at junctions, sometimes with a clattering noise as the nearside wheel skips in the wheel arch. The dealer has checked and says the systems are not in error. Not much of a traction control system IMO.
Do any of yours do this?.
Traction Control????
Which engine do you have? I got the 150hp and can definitely spin the wheels sometimes accidentally when starting from stop position like roundabout.
But I probably applied too much acceleration to be fair.
I was thinking ASR/ESP should have prevented any spin but could still be normal

Daniel777 : same engine as yours and agree wheel spin should have been prevented by the management systems.
PS. I spoke to a tyre retailer, he says the OEM tyre are Quite when driving, but not grippy. (note: not like the OEM wipers that are grippy and not quite)
