Emergency Call System

Just had a call from my VW dealer asking me to book my Taigo in for a software update to the Emergency Call System fitted in the console above the front windscreen. Apparently owners are having issues with the system making rogue/false calls to the emergency services and to VW breakdown services. Not effected me to my knowledge but told this update was being rolled out to all Taigo models. Basically just to alert members they may be getting a call in due course to have the software update.
