Well the Taigo has been into the dealer today to have the WeConnect issues sorted with reference to mapping. Finally after 4 weeks of emails, photo's of the infotainment unit and testing of potential solution between myself and Volkswagen Customer Services Volkswagen have agreed the unit is faulty and the car is booked in for a week on Monday for the unit to be replaced. Sorry may be miss understood your initial comment about the arm rest. Yes it does slide backwards and forwards but is is not adjustable up or down. Have the identical model with the same extras but can confirm that my Taigo, delivered two weeks ago, does have an adjustable armrest. Perhaps you may have to give it a little extra push first time before it gets a little easier.
